“But what if it’s all bullsh*t?”

I was having a conversation with a friend about all the things I’m doing to “work” on myself.

The new workshop, new book, new podcast, meditation, blah blah blah!

It’s like you start your journey of self-awareness and it never ends.

The deeper you go, the more you find. And the more you find, the more you want to release, heal and move forward from. And the cycle continues.

What if the very thing I think I need to heal is the thing standing in my way of truly accepting all that I am.

In other words, the only thing “wrong with me” is believing there’s something wrong with me.

It can get so frustrating to think you have to heal every wound, transform every heartbreak and respond to every triggered situation with peace.

Maybe instead we cut ourselves some slack, remember that we are spiritual beings having a human experience and that’s exactly why we came.

To have experiences. MANY experiences.

To move through the world with curiosity, wonder and play.

Stop waiting for the big reveal. You’re co-creating your life right now. In moments. In deep breaths. In choices that you make every day.

What do you want to create? More fun? More joy? More expansive experiences?

I want to create experiences that make you feel ALIVE!
